Berks County, Pennsylvania
I have known Megan for a while – we both used to work at Weis Markets when we were in high school, and lived in Berks County our whole life (until now)! Now, Megan & Garrett: they have been together forever. Okay, maybe not literally, but they’ve been together for over 10 years! I feel like I’ve watched them grow up, and I was so honored when they asked me to shoot their engagement session.
Megan & Garrett were an absolute blast. They made my job so easy; we laughed the entire 2 1/2 hours (supposed to be 1 hour… oops) we spent together. They were the perfect models who were up for anything. In fact, my favorite quote of the day came from Garrett when I asked them to do a different pose. He responded with, “It’s your world, Meghan, and we’re just livin’ in it.” I immediately ran home to tell my husband – I had to make sure we were all on the same page. 🙂
Not only were Megan & Garrett an absolute blast to hang with, but they trusted me! That makes such an impact on photographers to know our clients trust us to make them look good. Especially when we request crazy things like, “Come stand on top of me!” (Peep the close ups photos of the beer to see how that request turned out) These two literally made my day.
They have the cutest relationship, and you can tell, even in photos, how strong their chemistry is. The way these two look at each other made me swoon, like, multiple times throughout our afternoon together. There’s something so magical about being able to grow up and grow old with your person.
