Okay, I’m just going to say it: Megan & Sal are the absolute cutest. They are the kindest, sweetest humans, and I am so blessed that they chose me to be their engagement photographer. I was even more excited when they chose Allentown Rose Gardens as their location!

Megan had first chatted with me while I was in Ireland, and she was so lovely and forgiving of my super slow response times. That’s tough to do in this day and age of instant gratification! No matter what correspondence was sent, she’d send back a thank you and be so lovely. I could hardly stand it.

I knew how wonderful they would be from our emails, but it was even better when I saw these two together. They have been together for nine years! Yes, nine years! They used to see each other around, but officially met on New Years Eve. Last year, Sal proposed, and Megan gave her enthusiastic “yes!”

We had the most beautiful weather for Megan & Sal’s engagement session at the Allentown Rose Gardens. The flowering trees were still in bloom, it wasn’t too hot or cold, and it was sunny. We did have to spend the majority of our day dodging other people being photographed or simply enjoying the park, but it was, so worth it.

I am obsessed with the dynamic between these two. The way Sal looks at Megan made my heart flutter. Such adoration and love between these two, which caused Megan to absolutely beam. I mean, seriously… Megan has the best smile, and I’m convinced that Sal is like 95% of the reason behind it. I was so honored to capture their love, and I can’t wait to see the rest of their love story.
